Who are we? Many of you know me by Cichluvr on various aquarium
sites. For 25 years, I have been raising and breeding cichlids. My hobby became so big that I finally decided to offer cichlids
to other hobbyists. Currently, I have over 75 different south and central american cichlids in a mega facility
in south Florida. The fish that I offer are bred and raised in my own building. I am not a reseller of anybody else's fish,
even though once in a while I will import fish from the wild. Additionally, I do not pond breed fish. I tank breed my
fish, and on more sophisticated species I breed in large breeding containers in excess of 1000 gallons. This is the only way
I can ensure the fish that I sell are problem free.
Our
goal As you know, many of our beloved species are
being endangered in the wild. Simply said, I want to provide a great fish at a REASONABLE price. This is the only way to treat
our customers, and to add more people into the hobby. You won't see me charging hundreds of dollars for a fish or for shipping,
and you will leave satisfied! Payment Options I currently accept Paypal,and VISA/MASTERCARD through Paypal, and wire transfers for domestic and
international orders.
Shipping Policy & Information: WE SHIP DOMESTICALLY in the United States. Currently, there are three
ways I can ship to you listed below. In the unlikely event a fish arrives DOA, please contact me via email within 4 hours
of arrival. On larger specimen fish, I will require a picture of the specimen for refund or replacement.
Overnight
Options: Fedex, USPS are all available. I find USPS to be the cheapest
unless you have a corporate account. Overnight can run anywhere from $50 on up depending on the size of the package. 2nd day air Options: This is the most
cost effective method and ideal for smaller fish. It usually runs between $15-$70 depending on the size of the order. Air
Cargo: This is the best method for large fish as they can be at
your airport within hours. Shipping typically is based on dimensions, weight, and distance but it is much cheaper than overnight
and the safest way to ship. For all Air CARGO orders, shipping costs are C.O.D.
